Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasound microbubble contrast agent combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor and its survival time.Methods:142 patients with bladder tumor from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group was treated with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor treatment,the research group used ultrasound microbubble combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor treatment.Compared two groups of patients results and prognosis.Results:After treatment, the duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, time of indwelling catheter and time of bladder irrigation in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 months, 6 months and 1 year survival rate were significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the complications of obturator nerve reflex, urethral stricture, bladder spasm and decreased serum sodium level in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Patients with bladder tumor by ultrasound microbubble combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumors the good curative effect,postoperative complications,recurrence rate of the low incidence of trauma,prolong the survival time of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
