Abstract:

Objective:To study vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),alpha hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the value of diagnosis and prognosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:All 139 cases of NHL patients of hematology were detected the serum VEGF,α-HBDH,β2-MG and LDH level before and after treatment,analyze the correlation of VEGF,α-HBDH,β2-MG,LDH,with the gender,age,clinical stage,pathological type and the malignant degree.Results:In 50.36%,35.25% of NHL patients VEGF,α-HBDH increased had an obvious correlation between β2-MG and LDH.Different stages patients with VEGF,α-HBDH,β2-MG had significant difference,and LDH had no significant difference.Between invasive and indolent NHL patients VEGF,α-HBDH,LDH level had significant difference,and there was no significant difference in β2-MG.These indicators in different gender,age,did not show significant difference.Before and after 2~3 course of chemotherapy in patients with serum VEGF,α-HBDH,LDH level had significant difference,there was no significant difference before and after treatment in patients with β2-MG level.Conclusion:NHL patients with elevated serum VEGF,α-HBDH,and β2-MG,LDH levels and positively associated with NHL clinical staging and pathological type,positively correlated with malignant degree,no relation with gender,age,VEGF,α-HBDH is expected to become a new indicator to estimate the prognosis of patients.
