Abstract:
Objective:To study in non-hodgkin's lymphoma(non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma,NHL) tiny chromosomes maintain protein 2 (minichromosome maintenance protein 2,MCM2),cell gap junction protein 43(connexin 43,Cx43) and s phase kinase associated protein 2(S phase kinase - associated protein 2,Skp2) expression and clinical significance.Methods:36 cases of non-hodgkin's lymphoma as experimental group,and lymph node reactive hyperplasia 18 cases as control group.Using immunohistochemical method to detect MCM2,the expression of Cx43 and Skp2,MCM2.Results:In patients with NHL MCM2 positive expression rate was 83.33%,a Skp2 expression rate was 86.11%,significantly higher than the positive expression rate of 22.22% and 27.78% in the control group(P＜0.01).NHL patients Cx43 positive expression rate was 22.22%,significantly lower than the control group 61.11%(P＜0.01).In MCM2 NHL patients tumor malignant degree,clinical stage were closely related to the level of Ki67(P＜0.05).NHL patients Cx43 was negatively correlated with malignant degree of tumor(P＜0.01).Skp2 was closely related to the tumor malignant degree and clinical stage(P＜0.05).Conclusion:MCM2,Cx43,Skp2 were closely related to the degree of malignant non-hodgkin's lymphoma,a joint detection MCM2,Cx43,Skp2 can provide certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of non-hodgkin's lymphoma.
