Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of TSLC1 gene on proliferation and invasion of esophageal carcinoma cell line EC109.Methods:Coding area of TSLC1 gene was obtained by RT-PCR and cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1(pcDNA3.1-TSLC1).Tumor cell activities of proliferation,adherence,invasion and migration were measured by MTT assay,adhesion assay,invasion or migration assay.Results:The eukaryotic expression vector was constructed correctly and stable transfection of pcDNA3.1-TSLC1 significantly suppressed the abilities of proliferation,adhesion,invasion and migration in EC109 cells(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of TSLC1 gene has a significant inhibitory effect on the malignant phenotypes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line EC109,provide an experimental basis for investigating effects of TSLC1 in the occurrence and development of esophageal carcinoma.
