Abstract:
Objective:To observe LOXL2 how to affect the invasion of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.Methods:Flag-LOXL2 plasmid was transfected into human breast cancer MCF-7 cells,the changes of LOXL2 protein expression were assayed by using Western blotting.Transwell invasion assay was used to assess the invasive ability of breast cancer cells.Western blot detected the effect of LOXL2 protein on the expression of MMP2/MMP9.Results:Flag-LOXL2 plasmid was transiently transfected into human breast cancer MCF-7 cells,the expression of LOXL2 protein increased significantly,which promoted the invasion of MCF-7 cells and upregulated the expression of MMP2/MMP9.Conclusion:LOXL2 promotes the invasion of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells and raises the expression of MMP2/MMP9.
